A lagoon, a marina and homes that face the water
Palmayya is a low-rise community wrapped around two and a half kilometres of crystal lagoon, between Ras El Hekma and Fouka Road. Every residence opens towards the water; every cluster has its own pool and gardens.
Sand-toned stone, arched doorways and deep terraces keep homes cool in August and bright in January. The marina, the clubhouse and the dining promenade are a short walk from any door.
