Palmayya Marina hands over its first villas

Forty-two families received their keys this month as the first phase of Palmayya Marina reached completion ahead of the summer season.

The handover included the full landscaping of Palm Court, the opening of the marina promenade and the first restaurants on the lagoon. Residents can now use the clubhouse, the sea-facing gym and the kids’ club.

“Delivering on time is the promise we made to every owner,” said the project team. “The next phases of Palmayya Bay follow the same standard.”
