About Palmayya
About Palmayya
A community built around light, water and the idea that a second home should feel like the first.
The story
Why we built on this stretch of coast
Palmayya began with a simple observation: the North Coast had plenty of resorts and very few homes. Places to visit, not places to stay. We wanted to change that with a community that works in February as well as it does in August.
So we planned low-rise clusters around a swimmable lagoon, kept every building below the palms, and designed each residence to face the water. Arched doorways, deep terraces and sand-toned stone came from the villages of the Mediterranean, not from a catalogue.
The first phase, Palmayya Marina, was delivered in 2026. Palmayya Bay follows in 2027 and 2028. Every promise we made to the first owners is the promise we make to you.
